Conference in Manchester: Neurobusiness 2015, 24-25 June

NeuroBusiness 2015 is the first conference of its kind in the UK. It will be highlighting leading-edge research that can help you improve your business.

NeuroBusiness2015 is bringing together MD’s, Sales Managers, Commercial Directors and Heads of HR from progressive businesses to find new solutions to challenges like:

  • Increasing sales performance
  • Reducing resistance to change
  • Improve the quality of project management
  • Removing unproductive behaviours

Early adopters such as Boots, Brother UK and LF Europe will share how their approaches to organisational management & leadership are leaving convention behind.

I will be speaking  on the topic of “Rethinking Employee Engagement from the Perspective of Psychological Development.” You can find out more about the conference by clicking here.

Living a Values-driven Life at Home and Work: New Broadcast Series

At the end of this blog you will find a link to a new broadcast series featuring David Gibbons, myself and various guests. During these broadcasts we will be talking about how to live a values-driven life. Values are the energetic drivers of our aspirations and intentions. Along with our beliefs, they support us in our decision-making.

This broadcast series  will showcase first hand accounts of inspirational stories about how individuals and organisations are  living their values.

The first progamme features Patrik Somers, co-author of The World Book of Values.
